Geralyn Phillips completed a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Marketing from Arizona State University in 1983 and has post graduate studies in Process Flow and Improvement.
Prior to joining the family business in 1996. Geralyn was the Director for Corporate Education for the University Of Phoenix where she was responsible for all of the University’s non-degree and professional certification programs. In this capacity, Geralyn contracted with many Arizona companies (Qwest, Honeywell, Boeing) to provide personalized training to its staff.
Upon leaving the University of Phoenix, Phillips has been retained as a consultant to the University.
Geralyn also worked for the Governor of Arizona designing new programs to improve service levels at many State agencies.
Steven Phillips completed a Bachelors in Science Degree in Aeronautical Management and Technology from Arizona State University in 1982.
Upon graduation, Phillips was commissioned an officer in the United States Navy and entered flight school to become a Naval Aviator. Phillips’ Naval career spanned 10 years and afforded him the opportunity to gain considerable experience as an Aircraft Commander, Search and Rescue Planning Officer, Aviation Maintenance Training Officer, Safety Department Head and Administration Department Head.
Steven was also afforded the opportunity to complete Post Graduate studies in Aviation Accident Investigation at the Naval Post Graduate School, Monterey, California.
Phillips separated from Naval Service in 1992 to open the family business in Scottsdale, Arizona.
